An aging shopping center with textured pre-cast wall panels was given a new image with this total renovation.

Includes approximately 78,000 sf of existing space and new additions of 36,000 sf were added to allow additional retail.

Major tenants include PetSmart, Michael's, and Staples. Other planned tenants will include restaurants, jewelry stores, electronics and clothing.

The new facades are constructed of face brick and exterior insulation finish system (EIFS) and include accents of textured CMU, glazed tile, and standing seam metal roofing at the canopies.
