Warehouse is design with concrete tilt-up construction with painted exterior color bands.

The two story office area includes offices, research/development lab and product display.

The exterior was designed to coordinate the user's existing logo and high tech image.

D&DA worked in cooperation with Jackson Builder's as a team member in the design/ build approach.
