A new 23,850 SF retail center with a 6,100 SF outparcel.

The building has a structural steel frame and metal stud walls sheathed in a premium EIFS system and 8x8 brick.  The main roof is EPDM, with gabled and hipped metal roofs accentuating store entrances.

The center was designed with contemporary interpretations of classical elements and rich decorative detailing to provide a unique up-scale shopping and dining experience.
