Complete exterior renovation of a forty year old shopping center.

The intent of the design was to unify a shopping center that was originally constructed in four different phases with distinct exterior materials for each of the phases.

Exterior towers and colonnades were used to unify the exterior, as well as with a unified material palette.

Dunn & Dalton Architects worked in cooperation with Custom Building Co. as a team member in the design/build approach.
