A new 16,000 SF banking office center.  The complex was originally designed for a first story upstart bank and additional offices on the first and second floor.

Due to growth, the Sound Bank revised their requirements and required all of the first floor space and a portion of the second floor.

The exterior of the facility is to reflect the coastal nature of its location at the same time to be friendly, inviting and homelike.  Exterior materials include scored split face block and vinyl cedar shake shingles and brick.
 

The site and construction phasing was carefully designed and coordinated to accommodate a temporary bank to operate on this site while constructing the new permanent facility.
