A new 41,000 sf shopping complex designed with the anchor store as a Food Lion grocery store.

The shopping center was designed to reduce the scale of the overall facility through varying scale, shapes and surface materials to replicate a village context. The center is also sympathetic with neighboring residential properties.

D&DA provided preliminary site planning which included designing the site to meet state environmental guidelines due to an existing stream on the property, as well as special DOT traffic conditions.
