- Circa 1900 brick warehouse fully renovated for
two floors of office space. Exposed interior brick walls and
corrugated tin ceiling recall the history of the building located in
downtown Kinston.
- New window openings were cut into the existing
brick walls and the new steel canopy accentuates the entry.
Landscaping softens the image of the building in a downtown setting.
- Part of a larger development called Cypress
Crossing which incorporates a renovated grocery store into corporate
offices and focuses on the beautiful Neuse River.
