Renovation of this grand historic hotel, originally constructed in 1912, to restore the earlier glory of one of downtown Greenville's most prominent commercial properties was completed in the fall of 2004.

Project included a full historic renovation of the exterior to replicate the original storefront design of the original hotel and shops, and to create functional office suite spaces for open market leasing.

Renovation of this 36,000 SF structure included complete new electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems, roof replacement, window replacement and elevator upgrades.

This building was completely leased prior to completion of the renovations, a first among many restoration projects completed by Self Help.
