New 17,000 SF meeting and event center on the banks of the Pamlico Sound, includes a main banquet room seating 250, executive board room, smaller meeting rooms, and a commercial kitchen.  The buildng is elevated on pilings, with the front entry area raised on an earthen berm to connect the building to the site and provide easy drop-off and access.
